This full-time Office & Accounting Administrator supports the business through strong accounting, HR, and administrative functions. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, thrives in a family-oriented environment, and feels confident working independently for much of the year.

Accounting & Financial Administration
- Process accounts payable accurately and on schedule
- Enter sales, income, and deposit data into QuickBooks and Sheets
- Prepare and process payroll, including payroll taxes and SIMPLE IRA contributions
- Maintain employee payroll files and hiring documentation
- Track and manage H2A employee documentation and filing deadlines
- Reconcile business checking and loan accounts, and keep owners informed of the status
- Prepare monthly financial reports for each business entity owner
Executive & Operational Support
- Maintain collaborative and ongoing communication with owners
- Keep an updated project/task list and facilitate weekly office meetings
- Assist with data organization and analysis for strategic planning
- Help resolve administrative issues by proactively identifying solutions
- Serve as a consistent administrative backbone supporting all business entities
Administrative & HR Support
- Maintain organized office systems, files, and inventory
- Maintain organized office email accounts and ensure prompt communication
- Support the onboarding process by preparing HR documentation and ensuring compliance
- Assist with employee-related administrative tasks (rewards, shirts, gifts, event logistics)
- Attend all Patch Executive and seasonal team meetings and provide administrative support as needed
Technology & Systems Management
- Oversee and maintain basic office technology (phones, Apple products, computers)
- Activate and manage accounts (Google, Square, phone systems, timekeeping, etc.)
- Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with external IT support when needed
- Identify opportunities for improved systems, processes, and office efficiencies
